Profile For Elisa H.

Hello, I have wanted to be a trucker since high school. I went the college route instead,and haven't made much out of it other than a career in retail. I am now 18 years out of high school. For various reasons I will not be returning to a retail job. So it seems like now would be the time. I mean heck I'm already alone most of the time might as well get paid. I have 3 things keeping me from going this route 1. I'm small, would be limited to lifting 40 lbs or so 2. I have two dogs, could they travel with me? 3. I have a less than stellar driving record mostly suspensions from minor tickets lead to driving on suspended charges Is this a realistic goal for me? Would I physically be able to do the job? Would it be easier for me to go the route of bus driver or train/subway work? Lots of questions hope you all have some insight.
