Thanks guys for the information... After a little digging I came up with a privious post about this. There is a post that has a list of company that qualify for the Military appernticeship program. I have already contacted one company, and have spoke to a recruiter, and dropped an online app. Everything seems to be in order so anymore help, or if someone has an updated list please add it. It would be of help to somebody else, or me if this company doesn't work out for me...

Hello everyone!! I have been a long time lurker here, but never posted. I was just fired from my job today. I knew this was not the job for me ( installing fire alarms in Texas). This may be the gentel push, I need to jump.

I have been doing lots research into getting my CDL. I am a Navy Veteran, so I do have my GI bill untouched. I have been on the phone with KLLM that pays for schooling. When I talked to the recuiter, she didn't quite know about the appenticeship program. So far, from my research this is my front runner. I am also considering Prime. Inc.

So my question, is there anyone out there that has used there GI bill with any other schools out there, and how that whole process works. And all this needs to be done pretty quickly because I have no job at this writting. That is scary this time of year. Any help that is provided and or advice is most welcome!!!
