We had plans and things were going great. We had roof over our head and food in our stomachs and extra money to boot. However due to unforseen circumstances my boyfriend was told by the dr last week he is not to drive a cmv until further testing. He has a mass on his stomach and suffers from lightheadedness dizzyness and weakness. He has lost 20 pounds in 2 weeks. He drives dump trucks with his class b that he had.

The sexual assult did happen. I am pretty tough considering other jobs that I have had example security for frat parties the police academy and 2 older brothers so I can put up with a lot of crap but a person that I am suppose to be able trust and learn from puts his hands on me the way he did is uncalled for and inappropriate.

The local police, chief of police at the college, and the school that I am attending are all involved.

Well I have to go back into the emergency department for my boyfriend.

This is my situation. I haven't been working because of this school. My boyfriend is also not working because of the weather. (He also attends the school and is ready for testing.) We have been living in my car for over a week. I have less than a half of tank of gas. We haven't eaten in 2 days. The school won't even mock test me till I pay them 155 for the drug test and physical. After being sexually assaulted by an instructor I feel they should eat the 155 and send me to test so I can leave this school and put it behind me!

Just got a call from the actual college. She will be talking to the chief of police for the school. The instructor is not allowed at the yard or the campus. If he shows the local police are to be called and then contact the college.

Well the instructors hardly talked to me all day. I went driving for the first time with instructor John. He said that I am ready to go test for my license!

Are you within a 3 week program? I know for my CDL program there was a required amount of hours we needed after getting our permit before they'd be legally allowed to test us. I honestly forget that required time. Maybe one of the trainers here can provide a bit more context to that timeline.

I was in the weekend course and moved to the weekly course. My boyfriend is in the weekend course still and has been offered to test already.

In an industry rife with mostly men and traditionally not a job women do you are to be commended for staying focused despite that jackasses actions. Waiting until you finish school is completely understandable unfortunately, the police require you, as far as i am aware to report an incident sooner than later but perhaps you could report it AND continue your schooling? Either way its YOUR decision, you have to choose what YOU want to do.

Since I have not graduated yet I am concerned that there would be repercussions if I go to the police.

I will be going to school on monday even though the police are involved. I am not sure why they haven't sent me to test yet. I nailed my pretrip. Almost 100 percent. I can straight back offset and parelle. They don't let me drive every day so getting the downshifting right has been hard. Keep forgetting to rev. Once I start getting it they normally say switch drivers so I never really get it.

After talking to the officer last night I am feeling a little better about the situation. After he read my statement he said that it was serious enough for the CID ( criminal investigation department) to start an investigation on Monday. The officer is going to the driving range to get the last names of the instructors involved.

I am a little worried about going to school on Monday.

It's all good. I am having more issues with the school right now.

Just finished the statement with the police and my witness is the one that brought me there. We will see what happens when I go back to school on monday after the officer starts his investigation tomorrow.
