Trying to find work after Swift termination

I started out with SWIFT, became an owner operator after 3 months with a new CDL (huge mistake). Now after minor accidents that caused no major damages to truck or trailers. And to other vehicles on the highway and no injuries. 1 moving violation of impeding traffic they terminated my contract and took my truck. Now I have filed 20+ applications and nobody will hire me. Said I need a clean driving record for one year. Any suggestions?
