An 8 year old conviction for Reckless Driving

I have been working with a Recruiter. So I got my CLP etc. She told me to get ready to go to school. Supposed to get Bus Tickets tomorrow. They've done a background check and that company sent me a link to the results. There's a reckless driving conviction on it from 8 years ago. Is that likely a show stopper? The charge was 10 years ago.
