Qualcomm issue-navigations works for one driver, not both

Hi folks! Fresh on the site with a dilemma. Had my unit replaced recently due to the gos system not working. However, now t appears that while my Co driver can use the navigation system without a problem, whenever I’m on as the active driver, it does not load up. All the icons remain blacked out.

Called the customer service and they said it’s actice, so I guess there detection my co driver but have no idea what’s going on with me, and say I’ll probably need to reinstall the data. (Though this is a fresh unit and all the data seems to be there, at least for my co driver).

Anyone know a fix for this? Trying to go through the onboard menus for solutions but I’m fumbling in the dark.
