I know this is iffy but I got 30k for surgery and it been hard finde work after loosing 2 fingers.

Ok I work few jobs last in 2017 most of the time it was two but had my goal bladder removed and it not been to good. I worked for my self but didn't pay taxes about 3 years ago and got sick of it when to few companies and after that was a cook at Pizza hut quit do to two raises never coming threw and I went straight to McDonald's for a month but the work wasn't stready. I was last a dish washer for two places but quit one with no notice I took leave for the surgery thinking I had two weeks pay but i didn't so I quit them after i explain I didn't get back pay from my two weeks( I worked a full month before pay) .I did small contract on roof in another town and that's last I worked it been 2 months since thin and worried if I can do a cdl sponserd program? I don't have much I can provide for my own business it was under the table.
