Favorites on I-80

I'm leaving Detroit MI tomorrow and heading to McMinnville OR. I've got some extra time on load due to the holiday. What are your favorite spots to eat or shop or places I should just stop and see on 80???

Changed profile!

After several years here, I've decided to change my profile from rookie! I really hope I'm not getting to cocky. I've learned so much information on this site and hope to continue to learn. What's the saying when you think you know it all, it's time to hang up the keys.

My first Inspection

I keep everything in the permit book. I'm always nervous when they pull me. Seems like every one I get is in Kentucky. Got a level 1 there last week. Guy was laughing at me I was so nervous.

Recognition, Adversity, And Success

So I was recognized as the driver of the quarter. This award has a special meaning to me. On 04/05/23 my husband of 32 years passed very suddenly. He was also my passenger in my truck for the last five years. I had never been out on the road alone! My children assumed I was gonna quit driving. Day after memorial I packed the truck and accepted a load. This award just means I succeeded !

Do Roehl and others still use CRT testing? Carriers getting sued by EEOC.

When I started with marten I did the 45 pound tub, stair stepping and several other things. It was harder than the test I took at prime. But I'd had a stroke 8 months before. I expected it to be a challenge.
