Do I still have a reasonable driving record for a job?

I got a Dui 6 months ago and got my court case DISMISSED and went to the Dmv Hearing and won the hearing base on no driving defense. I pulled my driving record and it shows the DUI arrest but no convictions no points either. I do have a accident because of this incident because the dui enolved a accident. Would employers take this as a DUI in my driving record.
