I need HELP: Just got my CDL.

So I just got my CDL today and turned 21 on monday. I’ve applied for Schneider, FFE, Swift, and Werner. Oh plus U.S. Xpress. Now Schneider’s reason for not being able to hire me is because the qualification to get my CDL was revoked in 2016....TWICE because of my tickets. Do all companies consider and do i just need to give up? I just wanna start training and get on the road, however i’m getting discouraged. Who can i apply to that will allow me to come on board? C.R. England said i had to wait and until december and honestly, I don’t want to.
