Contract Obligations

Hey Paranoid, welcome to the forum.

All depends on the company. I did paid cdl training with Schneider, contracted with them for a year. Did three months and they pretty much split the difference for costs. But your situation is different since yours is for medical reasons. Best bet is communicate all of this with them and see what they may work out for you.

Did your contract state that they would reduce cost depending on miles driven? or were you supposed to complete a certain amount of miles, got out early anyways and they still worked with you?

I'm contracted to drive 100k miles. Everything has been going well until recently where I must take a medical leave. I'm not 100% sure if I will be able to return. Is there anything I can work out with the company to take care of my tuition if I am unable to return? I've driven 30k miles so far.. That's got to be good for something right? A discount possibly?
