I Had A Rollover And Can't Find Work

So my driving record is ****ty from the start of my CDL I've been driving a year otr didnt have a problem with companies hiring me with a ****ty record in the first place. So Oct. I had a guy run me off the road I put the in the ditch and laid it over no one hurt no damage to the other 4 wheeler he kept going and didnt stop. Of course the people behind me wouldnt write a statement but they saw everything and stop to see if I was alright. Now I cant these insurance companies to approve me and I'm getting my DAC fixed. So I'm asking for help and what should I do now my family is starving I cant pay my cdl tuition and all I want to do is drive. Any body steer me in the right direction and if u say go with a larger company well I've applied for 74 companies in the that 2weeks turn down after turn down!! Please help me!!
