Purpose of Compartments

I have a 2019 International.

What is the "intended" purposs of each compartment?

I will post pictures if I can figure out how.

If I am standing looking to the back of the sleeper bert we have

To the right: 1: Three "cabinets" with elastic netting. Possibly as a type of storage for food/folded clothing?

2: A "Step" that has about a 3 ft open section, no cords. A bar that could be used for hanging clothes? the space above that has a strap.

To the left:

Another 3ft open space, no cords. A bar that could possibly be used for hanging clothes?

2: What looks to be a tv mount.

3: A 2 ft of open space, some form of electric connection, a drawer, a flat surface, and surface area with a strap.
