Great idea thinking ahead of time about what you want to do when you get out! I didn’t really do that when I left the Army. I did however go the traditional route of going to college and getting a degree but really actually wanted to do trucking to begin with. Wanted to use my entire gi bill though. So....I got a bachelors degree in IT and also going to NTTS for my CDL. I was an 88M from 08/2006-01/2012. Good luck with everything and your future ERN R!!

Any dot foods regional drivers from Liverpool NY? I just had my interview with them yesterday and was told I will get a call tomorrow, Wednesday. I got some hints they were going to continue me on the hiring process. What do you like about dot foods as a company? What do you hate most? How is the training for a no-touch regional driver out of NY? I’m hoping I get a good call tomorrow as I think I’m a good candidate. Going through NTTS, military background as a truck driver. Perfect driving record. Perfect background as I do actually have a conceal carry in Onondaga county so the background check for hazmat won’t be a problem for me. I do also have an educational background as well. What do you think? Maybe I have good chances?
