Driving from Spokane Washington to California

Hello to all , Im not sure if this js the place to post but figured Id give it a shot. My family and I are driving back to California from Spokane and my brother will be driving a 26” Uhaul truck and also hauling his truck with it . My question is What wiuld be the best route for someone driving a truck & hauling . The less hills the better which I doubt we can avoid . Any information and suggestions would be greatly appreciated .. Were also taking our time going so we have no rush . With this weather how many days do you think we are looking at ?
