Welcome! What school of theirs are you going to be attending? We have a portion of our forum that is CDL Diaries that may be worth reading. If you cant find anything about the location you're going try using the search bar above that will pull up results from this site. Please stick around and if you feel so inclined to create a diary of your own experience in school it will help others know what to expect. We have quite a few swift drivers here, a swift trainer and even a former instructor of the west Memphis academy that will be able to help you answer any specific questions you may have.

I'll be attending the academy in Corsicana TX. I looked and couldn't find any diaries from the tx location. I will definitely keep a diary so others will know what to expect. I have found a lot of helpful info on here so far

Hello all! My name is Sarah, new to the site and new to the trucking industry. I will be starting the Swift academy in less then a week and I'm very nervous. Not so much about the new career change as I have taken awhile to determine this is what I want to do, more so what to expect in training, testing and overall. Any advise, or info on how the Swift Academy day to day is like is much appreciated. Thanks all
