Volvo nh12 stabilizer bar, is it really necessary?

Hi everyone, thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I’ve got a bonneted Volvo nh12 prime mover which has been turned into a tipper. We are proposing to allocate this asset to asphalt work but it has a stabilizer bar at the rear of the truck which is in the way of the asphalt machine which you tip into, which in turn pushes on the rear of the wheels as you tip into the tray. I’m told I can take the bar off and it won’t make any difference. What impact will there be to the truck if that bar is removed. It goes from underneath one rear air bag supported from the chassis to the other side under the opposite airbag. It CAN fit in front of the drive axles, but I’m advised that that would achieve nothing. Any advice appreciated. The truck can’t do asphalt work unless that bar goes.
