DOT Drug Testing: Urinalysis or Hair Follicle?

Has anyone experienced pseudoephedrine showing on a follicle test? I really,really don’t use any illegal substances, the job I’m leaving tests randomly, but I had a cold 3 weeks ago and used Sudaphed, an antibiotic TMP-SMX, and DayQuil. I’m frightened now that I’ve read a few online articles about false positives on drug tests. I’ve read pseudoephedrine looks different on a GC/MS than does amphetamine, do CDL schools use GC/MS as verification of positives system?
