Paranoid?
Ok. So back in 2016 I refused a drug screen and didnt use my CDL for a year afterwards cause i figured it was no good but I checked my dac report and nothing showed up. I got hired by Heritage Crystal Clean (pretty big company)in Odessa, TX in 2017, a little over a year after the incident and then transferred my CDL to New Mexico and started hauling waste with a local company. So I've been hired twice afterwards but im thinking aboit leaving the mine I'm now currently working for to go back to trucking with YRC. They're background check is in the works as we speak and I dont know if I just got paranoid or what. I guess theyll let me know when they're done if I'm eligible to drive with them or not. Is there a way to check if I need a SAP program. I never got a letter informing me of anything after my incident and if I did need one, wouldn't the past couple of companies I worked for seen that I hadn't completed it of i did?
