It seems odd to me that the lady took your license info if you were just a passenger and it went on your record. Can you elaborate on that? I've never heard of that happening but I'm not current on accident reporting procedures, thank goodness.

I am guessing his dad was driving his truck, therefore both submitted info. His insurance had to pay the claim, therefore it is on his insurance record, but on dads driving record.

My brother hit a deer in my Mustang. His license, my insurance. This is why you should always call a cop for a report.

This is correct, didn't think it would go under me as "driving" even though it was my dad.

How recent were the two accidents?

Both last year, somehow the second accident ended up on my insurance record but I wasn't driving my dad was but the lady that filed the claim took both our license and submitted mine. Can I get a attorney to get this removed or should i call my insurance company and talk to them about it? Before these two accidents(very avoidable ones, I know) I hadn't had a accident before these in 4-5 years. I also obtained my driving record I have the speeding ticket from 12-13-17 and one from 12-17-18 both 10 MPH over the speed limit( not reckless driving) .

Hello all, I’m currently looking to get my CDL Class A and was wondering if any companies would hire me with 2 accidents one being me backing out of a parking spot and side swiping another car in my personal vehicle and another being furniture was being hauled on my personal trailer and falling off and another vehicle hit the couch. I also have one speeding ticket (10 mph over) from 12-31-17.
