Disqualification help?

I have been driving for almost 4 years straight before my license got suspended again. The first offense was in a personal vehicle which I waited 4 years in the state of Texas to get them back in 2019. I went to western express and drove through them in May of 2019. August of 2019 I was in Cheyenne wyoming with little time left I had to park. I pulled up to a pilot only had one parking spot left near building. Their was a truck that made it own parking that made it difficult for me to get in. So after trying for at least 10 to 15 minutes I gave up and left to go to the loves across the way to see if they had anymore spaces left. After attempting I pulled out. I guess my trailer hit the truck that made its own parking. Scratched a little bit of paint on its front passenger side of truck. I didn't know i scratched the truck so as I got to the loves parking area i got in with ease. The cops showed up and asked if I came from the pilot and I told him yes I didn't have to lie to them. He asked me If I was aware that I hit another truck. I told him no I did not otherwise I would have stopped. Well they searched my truck found a little bit of paint on my trailer. Wrote me a ticket for a hit and run. I would have fought it if I knew it was going to ruin my career but I paid for the ticket instead because I'm good at paying bills on time. Well later down the line I get suspended and they also added that the accident was fatal? How is the accident fatal if it was just a scratch on the truck? I'm trying to get my cdl license back and I need help. Could somebody please explain how I can fight this?
