Trainer Driving while trainee in the top bunk

Thursday night I was asleep while my trainer and I waited on a re power. When the other driver got there I was still asleep and my trainer decided to complete the switch but as he backed under the new trailer it swung me and my head slammed against a metal piece right above the mattress on top bunk. Been having a headache ever since and was light headed the first day. Not sure if I should mentioned it because I don’t won’t the trainer fired but I don’t want to get solo and feel the same effect and hurt myself or someone else. My training will be completed by Monday.
