Does anyone have some pros and cons about Prime inc.?

Thank you both very much. I have been studying on the High Road Training Program for a little while now. I have two months to get my permit and hopefully Tulsa Job Corps Center will take me to Roadmasters of Tulsa. So ready for two months to fly by.

Just wanting to know some good and bad things about Prime inc. I have not obtained my Class A CDL yet, but, Prime will help me get my permit and licence. I would just like to know what they might not be telling me?

Exciting news!!!!!

Thanks y'all, I'm very excited about it. I'll be stationed close to my family and in familiarity. I have to be in the Reserves for 6 years which will give me time to start a family.

Exciting news!!!!!

I am going to the Army Reserves right after Job Corps. I am going in to become an 88 Mike ( truck driver-motor carrier transport). They won't teach me directly how to drive an 18 wheeler but i will be driving and fixing bigrigs for 6 years. And the best part about this whole thing is I get paid. dancing-banana.gifdancing-dog.gifdancing.gifsmile.gif

Still Confused

embarrassed.gifrofl-3.gif My bad. Lol, I qualify for three more, MCT, Roehl, and FFE. But all the rest, you have to have a Class A already or be 22 or older, so that exempts me from them schools.

Still Confused

confused.gif Well, all the other companies ask for you to be 22 or older or ask you to live in the eastern portion of the United States. It sounds strange I know but it's what I came up with.

Still Confused

confused.gif I read your trucking schools link and the only school I qualify on there for is Prime Inc. Does Schneider National have a program to help you get your permit and CDL? And if not, what companies do?

Advice please?

Roadmaster of Tulsa, OK is where you need to begin. If you want to look in to other options then you should check in to Company-Sponsored Training .

Thanks GA, Rookie
