Delivery of a controlled substance
possession of a controlled substance
are the charges that are on my DMV record. I just don't know if there was ever any involment of a vehicle in the charge is where I might be ok i guess? They would've stopped me when i went to get my permit if i was disqualified would they not of? I'm just looking to make sure i'm checking everything off before i leave to go to school so somthing don't end up coming up later (as in being sent home because of something on my background) as "I read" happened to others. I think the company I'm going to had seen my dmv report and they approved me. Just looking for anyone that shed light on this. Thanks again.

I just got my cdl permit but I have a possession with intent to deliver charge from 2008/09(13a30). I'm guessing I would've never made it passed that part and gotten my permit if the charge disqualified me. The school I'm going to in a little over a month said it's ok I'm good since it was over ten years ago. I'm just asking because every time I look up disqualification for cdl' s this charge comes up for lifetime disqualification(with no possible reinstatement13a30). If anyone has any insight into this please let me know or fill me in. I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

Can I get my cdl?
CRST. Prime had said they would except me in around 3 years. They go from the date I finished probation etc. for the charge which would've 2013, so 10 years from that date. The offense occurred in 2008-2009 which is where i'm good with CRST I guess as far as 10 years from the offense date. I'm just leaving a job of nine years to go, got car payment etc. Making sure i'm getting everything again before I leave to go. I didn't like seeing, of all charges to disqualify for life this came up, didn't make sense. I could see delivery in a commercial vehicle as a life disqualification, or someone hauling kilos of cocaine or equivilant, but that's about it. Just on my mind had to see if I could answers. Sorry for rambling and repeating myself or coming off the wrong way.
