Failed Urine Test !!!

I failed a DOT drug test 10 years ago was fired and went through my own paid SAP program. I got hired through my current employer and they put me on a 5 year SAP drug testing stint. I passed them all. I want to make a change and go regional. I am looking at CRI. Does anyone think I have a chance with them?
