I am unfamiliar with a one-day CDL school. Care to provide more info?

AmericanCDL.com, 1dayCDL.com It's basically same day school and test. They go over the pre-trip, skills and driving in the morning and you test in the afternoon. Mostly for those who already have the knowledge and know how to drive, of course.

Can someone pass the test in one of those One-Day CDL schools (In Kansas, Missouri, etc...) and obtain the actual CDL license in another state (FL)? Thank you
