Regarding tickets

I am living in California but heading back to Georgia start my trucking Schooling.

Before ROEHL will talk to me or process my application. I will need to get a Georgia license. Problem I have last year I received couple of tickets. After getting my GA license I am hoping they will accept my application

My tickets are:

Red light ticket Failure to stop at a cross walk (California roll) Accident front (Not my fault) but on my record.

I have one more a Withdrawl NON-ACD violation from Oct 14, 2017 in Florida

I called Florida and courts stated I have no prior tickets and no one could tell me what is a NON-ACD Violation
