3 years recent work history

Road Block I do not have 3 years recent work history due to the fact that I was on Disability. I do have one year recently CDL A Driving for Celadon.

Most companies require 3 years recent work history. I am reluctant to tell any of them that I was disabled. After many rounds of rehab I was able to get back on my feet and get a CDL.
