Starting All over again is a tough one

It is hard and scary especially for us women. I hate when my tandums get stuck and wont move or the handle wont pull out. Sometimes us woman are not strong enough to pound the pins or pull the lever and i just want to cry sometimes. But i found theres always God to my rescue. He hasnt failed me yet.

Tandems getting stuck

I have been experiencing my tandems being stuck when the trailer is fully loaded and at Max weight. You know you can't drive the semi with the trailer tandems all the way back when the trailer is loaded like that so if anyone has any suggestions on how to get your tandems to move forward without too many problems I could appreciate it

Terminated from CR England

I was thinking the same thing. Why fire someone and retrain someone else. I do believe he was trying to be safe. But he should have had better communication so they could have worked with him. But i can see him getting angry for wanting to push him past his clock.

I don't know enough about this yet, but I'm gonna stay tuned. It seems I can learn from this. Breakdowns, weather, etc seems like par for the course. Doesn't make sense to fire a guy and have to re-train another.
