Paid CDL training thru Swift or Roehl?

Hello everyone! I’m a new member and I’m looking into being a truck driver in the near future. Now I just have a few questions for everyone, I’ve been looking at Paid CDL training facilities near me in Illinois, and I’m located 60 miles south of Chicago, and I’ve narrowed it down to 160 Driving Academy (which I’ve already talked to the recruiter and they said they would assign me to Swift Transportation after I get my CDL) OR the other company is Roehl Transportation. If you had to choose 1 company to drive for after receiving your CDL, which would it be and why? Thanks!
