So if i am terminated thru no fault of my own?

Dmv is open here in wisconsin.. My trainer was comming from California. Unfortunately he got called to duty back to cali as i flew.. Strange day.. I knew i wouldnt get paid at home. And i had 5 days avaible for disbatch.. I am not someone who is trying to disparage prime.. I researched prime and know it to be one of the best companies to work for... Have friends that work for prime and love alot about this company... Its why i am so upset about all this. And i am hoping to resolve if not all of it..at least some of it.. I sent out and email a bored member so hopefully ill get answers and can go back and continue to work with prime.. :)

So if i am terminated thru no fault of my own?

I did start a new reply in the general discussions but have not seen it come back through is accepted I am interested in hearing others opinions of the issue and would like to see it resolved trying to stay open minded and like I said this is an unusual circumstances and I think people would find it hard to respond to this situation. I still have a hard time thinking termination and trying to deny pay is an acceptable answer

Yes my training manager and fleet manager were very clear about me being terminated as part of this new policy.. I may have been able to let this go if hadnt i had to fight for my paycheck as well.. I know this virus has everyone on uncertain ground. But theres a moral stance here thats being over looked big time thats bothering me. But hopefully some of this will be worked out. I picked Prime cause of their outstanding program and reviews and in training and saw great things. But also have been recently greatly disappointed.. Trying to remain open minded and understanding of the times.

Tough times, tough decisions for everone.

So my experience at prime has been wrought with lots of ups and downs. From a trainer that treatened to send me home after my first three times backing a trailer in my life. Being scolded for an opinion on a survey.. ( being told my opinion was above my pay grade) was told it was anymous survey.. It was not..lol. But i still made it to my cdl testing.. Passed.. Recieved my tnt trainer. We made plans for me to fly home. Secure my CDL , settle things at home for my next leg of training over the road. But in flight i read a memo from Prime inc. That anyone that flies must be quarantined from prime terminal for 14 day. So the following day after getting home i called my fleet manager. He says the policy is .. If u are training in orientation and am quarantined for flying u are terminated for a minimum of 14 than must be cleared by a doc.. And re apply thru a recruiter and start over. I am angry about this.. I did nothing wrong.. And dont understand why i cant just wait out 14 days and come back.. Why the termination.. He says he doesnt know its just policy. Than prime tried to not pay me saying it was cause i was terminated.. Took me talking to three peole to get the pay i had earned before my terminatiom. I am wondering now about even returning. Am i still responsible for the repayment of schooling though even though they didnt complete it?. And terminated me thru no fault of my own.. ? There have been other issue but minor and i know no company is perfect.. But i do believe this could have been handled much better and I have lost alot of trust in Prime inc.. Any advice?
