DAC report

I basically just want to know what phrases on the DAC report would stop a company from training me? Because I dont see anything that would be considered a negative report.

See my answer from your previous post a couple weeks ago. If we had more information from you, you may see some suggestions and guidance.

DAC report

So I got my DAC report from Hire Right just to see what all was in it. Now I'm trying to see if I have anything negative that would hinder me in going thru another company-sponsored cdl training program, but I dont see anything. I'm actually not sure what I should be looking for within the DAC report. The company I got my class A with has me as a "rehire" and my work record as "satisfactory." When I was with that company I completed 10 almost 11 months of my 1 year contract and had to quit due to personal issues. And of course they still sent me the bill (lol). I really don't want to go back to that company to get my class A again. I want to go thru another company to get my class A. So my question is what would be on my DAC report that would hinder me from trying to go thru another company training program?

Will I Be Sent Home?

I'm set to start Swift cdl training next week. But about 5 years ago I went thru another mega carrier company sponsored training. Unfortunately after 11 months of working i quite just 1 month shy of my 1 year obligation. Needless to say that company still billed me full price ($4000) for the training. It's been in collections/on my credit report for some years now. So my question is will Swift refuse to hire me because of the old debt from another company from years ago? --Thanks in advance for your replies.
