Thinking about and starting the school applications for getting my class A CDL for OTR Trucking.

Ok folks got two offers for school and a job.

Offer one , CR England and the school they offer. Offer two , Road Master Trucking School and they would get me into Warner Trucking. The School for Road Master is a pay or get a loan kind of thing.

I am considering CR England due to the fact that they pay for the school. With Road Master I have to get a loan and that worries me as I have a bad feeling on that type of thing.

Any ideas from you all would be helpful :) Joe

Thinking about and starting the school applications for getting my class A CDL for OTR Trucking.

My latest job closed and now I am in a pickle as I have to find a new way to make a living. It's kind of funny how the government claims all is getting better with our Economy as I am finding in near impossible to find a job that pays enough to pay my bills.

Anyway enough of the sour grapes. I am looking to move on to OTR Trucking and taking my wife with me on the road. My License has no issues what so ever as I have not had any violations in over 30 years. Guess I just gave up my age LOL 52.

The only thing that worries me on weather I can get a job in OTR is high blood pressure. I is under control at 120 over 70 with some magic pills.

Is that a deal breaker ?

I am also looking at Swift to get started , However I am in Santa Cruz Ca and I am not sure they would want someone from this part of the country. Any suggestions for OTR companies that would work with me ?

I am new to this site and forum and I would like to thank everyone here for the good reading and learning I am getting here.

Sincerely Joe
