Failed Urine Test !!!

Apox 12 mo ago, I failed a non-DOT urine test. Sence then, I have gone to a good driving school passing my phisical and drug test to get in to that school. I have graduated with flying colors, and now posses a Class A CDL. The issue I face is being DECLINED by 4 major carriers. Who have all stated that, the failed drug test in my past is the reason for them declining my applicatins. I dont know what I need to do now. Can anyone help me with this issue of mine ??? Thank You, the GOING NOWHERE TRUCKER
