Thoughts on Forward facing cameras.
Wild Bill, I’m not going to lie. I had a few coaching incidents and to be honest, when I saw the videos I had to smack myself in the head. We all consider ourselves safe drivers until the video shows otherwise.
It definitely keeps you on your toes and helps you to become better behind the wheel.

Thoughts on Forward facing cameras.
Good Evening and happy Friday. I started with Roehl in May going thorough GYCDL and Phase 2 with my trainer. Been following this group for a while so I’m finally signed up.
What are your thoughts on the forward facing cameras?
I was finally issued my truck last week (2021 Cascadia.) I know Roehl is a very safety oriented company but I feel like they are really on them strictly. I drove Motor Coaches and transit buses before upgrading my CDL with Roehl so I’m used to the cameras....but Roehl is a whole new level.
Are more companies going that way!

Thank You
Not really a question, but a thank you. I didn't realize the importance of staying with your starter company for at least a year until I almost fell for the "we can give you more cents per mile" script from a competitor. I researched this topic within this great group, and bam! There was a forum with an individual last year bashing Roehl to justify his reasoning to leave and jump to JB Hunt after barely doing three months with Roehl after the GYCDL program.
Roehl has been good to me in my four months solo, and six months with them total, but I have noticed company's will promise you the world to jump ship, but leave you holding the 7 000 bag. You guys and women, have great information and knowledge within this group. I guess you can say I was scared straight..lol.
Thanks again and Happy Thanksgiving.
