Suggestions for Newer Business

Just started my own business a little over a year ago. Drove my truck myself. I'm ready to now add another truck and a driver and I'm having problems with making additions to my insurance policy. They are telling me I have to have my policy for min of 2 years before making any additions. I got quotes from other companies and being told the same. Does anyone know of insurance companies I can go with that will allow me to make changes after it's in force? I'm thinking of possibly expanding my business more and adding a few more trucks and drivers.
