Hello everyone! I’m new to the forum and new to the site! Let’s get started! So I have two accidents on my mvr...no tickets for either one as they were dismissed! They were all preventable if I was driving below the speed limit in both cases. In 2018 I was driving down a 4 lane Divided road. Double yellow line to separate the two lanes of course. I was in the right hand lane. A 45 foot delivery box truck was a t a complete stop behind a city bus. He gets over, no signal or anything gets into the passing lane in front of me and I had no time to stop at all. Never saw it coming... Slid right into him while putting on brakes. Got a ticket for reckless driving and prohibited driving. In 2020 of February I passed through a green light. The car that hit me was in a one way at an intersection. After The wreck was over I got out I watched my light turn from yellow to red. I also have an improper lane change from roughly three yrs ago comes off Early next yr. I don’t have my cdl but I just got my cdl permit as well as my dot Physical card. I’m looking for a company that will hire me, train me with me not paying out of pocket up front but I wouldn’t mind staying with the company to pay it all off. I’ve tried Stevens, c.r. England, and PAM. Those three said no.I have also applied for western express, and a few others but Haven’t gotten a call back yet.
