Happy Thanksgiving! At the end of the year I'm retiring from 31 years at a job I loved. But its time to move on. I've looked at truck driving for years, got serious about 6 months ago, did my research, and decided to start with Roehl. I'm really looking forward to the adventure ahead, the lifestyle, the solitude, and my family is on board 100 percent!
With that said....
I'll be out 11 - 14 days at a time, om sure that gets stretched longer at times, and 1 of the things my wife and I are trying to figure out is, what type of cooking equipment should we buy?
Refrigerator vs. 12 V Cooler? Microwave? George Forman?
I'm working on losing weight and I dont want to eat junk or fast food a lot.
