Exercise options while on the road.

Hi All, I'm considering getting my CDL and heading out on the road with an OTR or some kind of regional job. I'm used to getting some form of exercise almost every day, mostly riding a bike or playing tennis, and wondering how you drivers out there manage to get any exercise when you're on the road for weeks at a time.
