I got caught in the Buffalo storm last year the week before thanksgiving. I sent Brett a couple, they should be on the photos page on here. I have more photos as well, it was a mess.

I didn't mean to shock you, just get you the facts. The best things that can be said about February Ontario and New York are, "at least we aren't in Saskatchewan," and, "well, this month is short, eh?"

So...you mean it isn't like Ice Road Truckers just because there's snow on the ground? rofl-1.gif

If you plan on stopping at an "oasis" on any of the turnpikes, during a snow storm, I recommend stopping early, if your DM will allow it. Even if he won't, if you think you'll get stuck without a parking space, I recommend stopping early. I think I sent in a photo from a year or so ago, from Ohio.

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

I think that was from 2013, but I don't remember when...

It was from an Ohio Service Plaza.
