Hello, I have a question maybe somebody here can help me with. I went to school and got my cdl and started my first year. About 8 months in I had a busted blood vessel in my head and had to take some time off. About 3 months passed and everything is fine now. I have a note from the Dr. to go back to work. I went to take my physical to get my health card and the examiner disqualified me for a year because of a brain injury. I went for another MRI last week and the only thing left is some residual blood. I am on no medications and have no other health issues. I am wondering if that Drs. disqualification can be overwritten or if there is any way around this. I need to go back to work and absolutely hate that this happened to me in my first year of driving. I was really loving it out there as I am single with no kids. Also, does that Drs. judgement just go to my state DOT office or does it go national. Please, any help would be appreciated.
