My real point, Daniel, is Larry asked if his doctor could do the physical. (The forms are on the internet, why not download them?)

But this only works if Larry's doctor is on the DOT list.

As for Prime, I don't know their policies.

DOT:

Department Of Transportation

A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.

State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.

Either way, you're a good guy and my friend.

Thanks for the info. I am getting it done here by a dot doctor, I walk out with a med card after the physical if I pass. That way I have my permit when I arrive at Prime. It is up to them to accept it or not but at least I have my permit. Now for the fingerprinting for the hazmat....

HAZMAT:

Hazardous Materials

Explosive, flammable, poisonous or otherwise potentially dangerous cargo. Large amounts of especially hazardous cargo are required to be placarded under HAZMAT regulations
