Brett or one of the Moderators this one is for you.. I am having an issue between my State manual (Oregon) and the High Road Training and of course everywhere else I have learned in the past 3 years.. My state manual and the test I just failed says that when coupling a tractor to a trailer you must first connect the electrical wiring and then back under the trailer. However I just went over this in the Training here and it is the opposite so which is the right way??? I am confused.. I am really trying to pass but this had me really messed up!! by the way it just the combination that I failed.. can I get some insight??

I would say the 'right' way is the way the person who is grading you says it should be done, i.e., that state of Oregon.
