Gary, welcome to the forum!
You shouldn't have too much trouble fonding someone who will take you on and provide some refresher training. Off the top of my head I would suggest looking at TMC, Roehl, Melton, and Western Express. I'm sure there are some others that would square up with what you need, but that gives you a starting point.
Most companies will want you to take a simple refresher. I know a buddy of mine stopped driving in 2000, and said he just needed to take a two week 40 hour refresher.

I haven't driven since 2001. Flatbed and over size. Is there any flatbed companies that hire people with experience but that does not have recent otr. I am willing to ride with a trainer or take a cdl school.
