Good gloves, warm hat, winter bib overalls, thermal underwear if you want, good socks and multiple pair and a good pair of water and oil resistant boots. I never liked the super insulated boots as they make my feet sweat, I prefer good socks. I can't speak specifically for flatbed but I was an equipment operator in the service and worked on heavy equipment for a while after I got out. You have to stay warm and dry but not too warm since you're working in those clothes. Don't forget also that you have to be able to move, don't get so bundled up that you restrict your agility.
Don't be this lol.

Ok, So I am a trucker now...bwhahahaaa! Anyway lets talk about gear......I am gonna be flatbedding it. What is the rain gear of choice when playing with the tarp? Boots? Gloves, hat?? How 'bout when it snows?? I have plenty of the "outdoor" gear as sold to me by tv. How about opinions of those that are working out in the weather???
