Hello all. I am 32 years old and in my second week of training. I did my straight line back this morning and got moved on to offset, parallel and straight back. I am a little nervous about it and the driving part. I have some experience with military trucks. However, when i got in they were switching over to automatics. Are there any ladies on here that were 88m and are now driving? Is the driving the same. I drove a 915 (which is a daycab painted military colors) with a 53 ft flatbed on it. Just wondering if i can use my experience from that for now.

I don't know anything about military experience but you could probably find out in the general forum. Merty Christmas and good luck with your schooling.

Hello Ladies of Trucking, I have been a Class B driver for the past 5 years and am currently looking into attending a private trucking school in the Spring, do you ladies think 50 is too old to change careers? My general health is good, I pass my physicals on a yearly basis so that is no worry, please comment good-luck.gif
