Roehl Not Returning Calls

I don't know if it's normal but it is in the middle of the holidays, so maybe she's on vacation. You might be able to find another number for Roehl and ask someone else what's up.
If you are talking to Kim Calhoun, that is unusual. It is probably nothing to worry about though, I would try calling again after the new year. Best of luck.
Interestingly enough, she emailed me about an hour after I typed this post. I'll have my DOT appointment info tomorrow.

That's great. I thought it was weird of her to leave you hanging like that. She has always been very puctual with calls and emails in my dealings with her. Keep us updated on your schooling and how everything goes for you!

I talked to Kim at first. She was always very punctual. Then when I was leaning toward not getting my CDL at Roehl (getting it locally instead), she set me up with another recruiter that handles new hires that have their CDL's already. I've called twice and left messages... still havent heard from him.
CDL:
Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:
- Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
- Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
- Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.
TWIC:
Transportation Worker Identification Credential
Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.

hi, so I had been planning to start with the roehl earn your cdl program. sent everything to my recruiter, she verified that my misdemeanor from 2009 was nothing to be concerned about, driving record was fine... last time I talked to her was December 17, when she said she would get my DOT physical ordered, at roehl expense, and that I would get a phone number to call and schedule it. since then, I've heard nothing from her. I've emailed aND called. is this normal?
