So after some delay I have pulled the trigger with three companies. I have my first interview tomorrow with Schneider. I have done my research on here and have read the questions they may have for a new candidate. But I haven't read "what questions as a new driver" I should be asking them? I have a few written down, but I would really like to hear some of the questions as experienced drivers you would ask, knowing what you know now.

Thank you

p.s. has some health issues I had to deal with and pray about before i jumped in and started working again. Which is the reason I haven't posted about my driving and experience with any company yet.

Boomshaker, Congratulations on taking the plunge. If I am not mistaking, you will be going through some sort of road training with each of them? If so, that's where I would start your inquiry by asking how they train new drivers; steps, duration, trainer's qualifications, what is the process when training is successfully completed, etc. Beyond that I think you need to map your requirements for an employer to a relevant set of questions.

You have been on the forum for a while so I would assume you have reviewed these links:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
