I think you already got about as straight of an answer as you are going to get.

These kinds of questions should be asked when talking to recruiters. Most companies look at DUI on a case by case badis and you are certainly no exception to that.

Be honest because if there is anything at all on your record, they WILL find it.

Good luck.

Trucking companies can only hire drivers that their INSURANCE company is willing to cover.

You mentioned sn SR-22. This isn't rocket science. Anything whatsoever in your background. . They WILL FIND IT so always be honest and see what offers you get.

yes I'm always honest it just sucks cuz I took probation so my record would be clean and obviously they can still find it but I did some research us Xpress hires and trains after a 5 year DUI I gotta call and see if it matters or not I was not convicted also I gave some advice earlier about how most otr company's hair test for drugs now was I right

OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.

The arrest is still on your record, especially for dui. Even if you got supervision, probation, thrown out of court, the arrest is still on your record. If the charge was bumped down to a lessor offense, the arrest is still on your record.
