Managed to see this one yesterday in Nogales, AZ. I haven't seen a working Ford cabover on the road in about 30 years! Mexican truck (two license plates) pulling a cross border trailer operation. Really cool!

Ironically, the one I'm stopped behind at the light is a KW cabover, also doing cross border work.
